We provide customers with consultation services, assisting in selecting the proper equipment after they provide us with detailed requirements such as, mold size, weight, plant size, height of their travelling crane, and bearing capacity of the crane.
Before formal production, we will re-confirm the detailed configuration and time of delivery with customers.
- Delivery cycle
According to different types and sizes, our time of delivery is usually 2-3 months. And if customers have special requirements, such as proof of certification, then the time of delivery time will be 6-8 months according to the actual completion of certification.
To ensure safe delivery, we will provide secure and reliable packaging to make sure the machine will not be damaged. It will also be convenient for customer loading and unloading.
- Confirm installation plan with customers
Our company will send a preparation list to customers before making a delivery, then customers can make installation preparation according to our list. After customers receiving our machine, we will confirm the installation time and arrange personnel to install the equipment. When installation is completed, we will provide a pass acceptance form, the installation is completed only when the acceptance is confirmed by signature.
- Technical training after installation
We have installation engineers that will give customers 2-3 days of training after installation. The training mainly consists of machine operation, clearing of simple faults and machine routing maintenance. When the training is completed, we also have a machine training card for customers to sign up, finally, the training process is finished.
- In areas in which we have agents, the agents will be responsible for after-sales services. Today, we have agents in India and German, and the agents of some other areas are under negotiation. Agents provide a 1-year quality assurance service after the machines are sold for the non-human machine faults or spare parts breakage, agents provide free maintenance and replacement service. After exceeding the warranty period, agents will continue to provide paid quality assurance service.
- In the areas where we have no agents, problems can also be served by online communication and video communication, our service personnel will respond to your requirement within 24 h.
