According to production demands of the die spotting press and quick mold change system, our plant utilizes specialized function areas, such as a CNC processing workshop, painting workshop, assembly workshop, testing workshop and warehouse and so on. Besides, these workshops are equipped with a CNC gantry machining center, CNC precision machining center and other precise equipment to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Shunxing employs a senior research and development team, we utilize 3-D finite element analysis software for new product development, increasing design efficiency. The application of virtual prototype assembly analysis technology guarantees the product design reliability and accuracy. This method significantly decreases errors during trial production processes and shortens the overall product development cycle.
